How advanced chemical engineering drives the next generation of eco-friendly, ultra-durable industrial sealants.
Bridging the gap between polyurethane and silicone. Our R&D team is engineering next-gen MS polymers that offer primerless adhesion to diverse substrates, paintability, and absolute resistance to UV degradation without the hazards of isocyanates.
For aerospace, electrical grids, and new energy vehicle (NEV) batteries. Combining the chemical resistance of fluorinated polymers with the thermal stability of silicones, our formulations deliver unmatched dielectric performance and structural insulation under extreme thermal cycling.
Transitioning from petroleum-derived monomers to bio-based polyols. We are optimizing our one-component polyurethane foam sealants to lower carbon footprints while accelerating curing speeds and increasing insulation metrics (R-values).
Incorporating functionalized silica particles and graphene oxides to enhance the cohesive tensile strength of structural silicone adhesives. This guarantees curtain wall interfaces can withstand high wind loads and seismic displacements over a 50-year structural lifetime.
Providing engineered bonding solutions customized for global target applications.
We supply high-modulus, neutral-curing structural silicones engineered for glass, aluminum, and composite curtain walls. Engineered to resist extreme temperature fluctuations, ozone, and UV exposure in high-rise constructions.
Our single-component polyurethane foam sealants provide airtight moisture barriers, filling structural voids in windows, doors, and piping. They effectively eliminate thermal bridges, helping green buildings satisfy strict energy conservation mandates.
Formulated specifically for integrated wall cladding systems. Our high-grab, rapid-cure adhesives replace traditional mechanical fasteners, preventing panel warp and providing clean, sound-insulated interior environments.
Global adhesive buyers require more than high quality; they demand supply security. Operating out of Songjiang, Shanghai and Junan, Shandong, Saiqiang guarantees structural resilience through technological empowerment:
Engineered to pass the most rigorous regulatory standards in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Our ISO 9001:2015 registration covers the entire product lifecycle—from raw polymer synthesis and additive compounding to high-speed cartridge filling and packaging inspection.
We hold the China Environmental Labeling Certification (Ten-Ring) and the French A+ Indoor Air Safety Label, ensuring extremely low VOC emissions for indoor applications.
All sealants carry full CE certification conforming to EN 15651, alongside extensive testing validation for RoHS and REACH regulations, simplifying European customs clearing.
Our operational philosophy revolves around integrity, technical excellence, and sustainable global growth.
Adhering to strict compliance and commercial ethics to secure long-term stable partnerships.
Continuously modernizing our polymer formulations to match changing client needs.
Zero tolerance for defects, verifying raw material and finished batch specifications.

We provide complimentary substrate compatibility testing to confirm structural performance and prevent potential glazing issues, adhesion loss, or glass discoloration before purchase.
Empowerment Plan
We equip international distributors with technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), compliance certificates, and training materials to accelerate local market growth.
We regularly present our structural sealants, polyurethane systems, and specialty industrial coatings at major trade shows worldwide, connecting directly with overseas engineering partners.
Expanding performance envelopes: High-thermal fluorosilicones, heavy-duty joint fillers, and building solutions.
Expert technical insights regarding silicone adhesives, polyurethane sealants, and fluorosilicone technologies.
Neutral silicone sealants (such as our 999 and 998 series) release non-corrosive compounds like alcohol or oxime during curing. This makes them ideal for metallic materials, concrete, masonry, and laminated glass, preventing chemical attacks or glass discoloration. Acid-curing (acetoxy) sealants release acetic acid, which causes corrosion on copper, brass, and zinc, and may degrade the PVB interlayer of laminated architectural glass panels.
Structural glazing relies on the adhesive maintaining cohesive bonding to both glass and structural profiles. Many plastic setting blocks, gaskets, or backing materials release plasticizers that can migrate into the silicone, leading to discoloration and adhesive bond failure. We provide compatibility testing to verify that all joint components can interact without compromising physical bonding properties.
Our high-insulation fluorosilicone rubber coatings incorporate customized ceramic fillers (such as micro-fine alumina or boron nitride). These fillers form a thermal percolation network inside the fluorosilicone matrix, allowing heat to dissipate rapidly while retaining excellent dielectric strength (exceeding 15 kV/mm) and avoiding carbon tracking or electrical short circuits.
One-component PU foams require moisture from the ambient air or substrate to initiate the polymer crosslinking reaction. Curing speeds are directly proportional to relative humidity and temperature. In dry winter climates, spraying a fine mist of water onto the substrate prior to application will accelerate curing, control cell structure expansion, and prevent shrinkage voids.
Every export shipment undergoes extensive quality testing, which includes verifying extrusion rate, sag resistance (ASTM D2202), skin-over time, tack-free time, Shore A hardness (ASTM C661), tensile strength, and movement capability (ASTM C719). We retain control samples for every batch to ensure traceability.
